Boba Fett light blue question

Hello,

I have a question on this figure that i wondered if someone can help me out with.

Until recently i've always associated this with being a Euro figure and the Meccano version with being the true Tri Logo. It occurs to me that the only reason i think that is because i've seen them on Palitoy ROTJ cards. The more i've read on the TT debacle the more it becomes clear that the confirmation is completely unreliable

Were they packaged on PBP or Meccano ROTJ cards or are they a Tri Logo exclusive?
