Blue and Red Snaggletooth questions

Been meaning to ask for a while but keep forgetting....

When was the Blue Snaggletooth first released?
How long was it available and when did it stop getting produced?
When did the Red Snaggletooth get released?

Was hoping someone had a bit more info regarding the timelines of these figures.

The Red Snags came out on SW cards in 1978 and were on every release up to POTF (they are on the Hybrid Trilogo cards)

The Blue Snaggs only came out with the Cantina playesets and these were available up to 1979 (and onwards for any old stock)
