i put a bun on a fig ,some one has bid and its took the buy it now option away ,do you know why this is

Thats just the way it works, if you put a starting price and a BIN the BIN is removed once the starting bid is met.
I did that recently on a $25 BIN so I could get it cheaper as postage was a bit expensive and unfortunately someone bid it up to $47 :roll:
($20 Starting bid + postage of $15 dollars for something I felt was worth $35-40
