Best Soundtrack quality

Hi Guys, I´m new and I hope this is the right category for this thread.

I want to buy the Episode II Soundtrack (Its called "Der Angriff der Klonkrieger" in germany). Since I have really god speakers I want to have the best Soundtrack quality. Do you know which has it? The CD-Rom (if availible nowadays)? The iTunes Album (it is supposedly "digitally remastered")? or something completly different?

For best quality you want uncompressed audio so CD or FLAC/WAV/AIF in digital download format. Apparently Apple do now offer lossless audio too:
