Bens 50km charity walk and associated prize draw :)

Evening chaps,

I have recently been given the opportunity through work to sign up to a 2 day, 50km hike through the Peak District with the Duke of Edinburgh charity.

As part of this challenge, I am looking to raise some money through sponsorship for the Duke of Edinburgh charity. All monies raised go towards the Duke of Edinburgh award.

Now, as is convention on the forum I have put a few items up as prizes for a draw as a way of saying thank you to everyone who donates. Nothing ground breaking. For every £1 that gets donated I will allocate 1 raffle ticket. I will then do a draw a couple of days after the event for a first, second and third prize. First prize gets first pick, second place gets second puck and third place gets what's left. The prizes are as follows:

A copy of the first screaming citadel comic from marvel. (1 of 5 of the mini crossover series)

And finally, the last set of my celebration 8 swag, 11 Star Wars themed tarot cards I designed and made. Plus a pin badge I also did.

The walk is the weekend of 30th September/1st October.

I completed the challenge and will do the draw in a couple of weeks as I am currently on my family hols in Portugal.

It took us 8hrs on the first day and 9hrs on the second, but the most important part is 9 people started in our team and 9 finished. Great part of the country to go walking I.

Hi guys.

Sorry for the huge delay in getting this done.

Wanted to say thanks to everyone who donated. I raised £350 and the team raised £3390.83 in total so a great result.

Everyone donated in multiples of £5 which made the draw easy to do as I did one place for every £5 donated. Some donations came via Facebook and I have included them. One prize per person, with picks from the top of the list down. I have 3 in total and if anyone passes I will just go down the list.
