Fantastic little documentary. A few of the clips I saw are on the Star Wars Blu-ray extras, but only short snippets from this one you've posted.

If you look at this guys previous videos, He's done a feature length documentary for the making of each film. They are great and have LOADS of footage and interviews that I've never seen/heard before. Plus they are free to download! AMAZING
