Baggie Question

If its what I think then Mumbo hit the nail on the head, factory punched vent holes to allow the plastics degassing process as they later found some figures discolouring due to being in a vacuum & cross contamination of differing plastic types, these were only introduced from ESB-b onwards, hence it being near impossible to find a nice minty white stormtrooper in early baggies, mostly the white which was affected by the process.

If it something else a photo would help

I was clueless until I purchased one on ebay that arrived with this hole, I raised it with the seller asking why he didn't disclose it only to be told it was produced that way

The pock marks i refer to are not vent holes and do not pierce the plastic. Not only that there are loads of them, giving the baggie a braille type feel.

My 1st guess was that the figure inside has somehow created them during handling or while being thrown around inside delivery box. My bagged example is a B wing pilot who has most marks around his bumpy chest plate. Problem being that some marks are well south of his chest plate so impossible to be the cause of those. I also have two empty baggies with the same marks covering them.
