Authentic or repro Crad and bubble?

I have a 2-1B vintage ROTJ and I am suspecting that its on a Repro card. It says made in Hong Kong or Macao as labeled Herien.

In addition, the bubble has the stem on the bottom which is not common on ROTJ card backs and mor common on ESB card backs.

The last item is the UPS code is very thick and bold, not thin lines like it should.

Do you think this is authentic and is an international version or a repro?
