looks dodgy to me TBH Jeff, the print is the wrong colour, though that could be discolouration/sun fading etc, but the tape also looks like it "may" have particulates under it, which would indicate it has already been opened, the at at commander usually turns up in ESB-d (heat sealed baggies) & also the tape is on the wrong side as the rule of thumb goes, as its "usually" folded over the back.

I would hedge my bets that its a re bagged figure TBH, sorry its not better news.

any chance of a macro shot of the tape seal?
