Sad times for you indeed Chris and I echo everything that everyone else has said.

It sounds like you've properly considered whether to sell or not, but I'd definitely keep anything sentimental or hard to obtain if you don't have to sell them straight away. Time is a great healer and you may reconsider how much you need to sell at some point in the future and it would be horrible to feel like you've made the wrong decision.

Chris, so sorry to hear about your recent loss mate. Not much I can say to make you feel any better, I know what it's like to loose people very close to you and it can certainly make you re-think what's important in life.

You've always been a pleasure to talk too on the forums and via email mate so glad to hear you're not giving up the social aspect of the hobby, I sold up most of my stuff a while back and kept just those pieces that meant something to me so I think it's great you're keeping the Yoda focus bud.

I heard through the grapevine you were getting out and my heart gave a massive episode III vader noooooo.
But seeing the reasons why, I can totally understand and I think you are really making the right decision.
As everyone has already said you are the nicest bloke on the planet and it would be a tragedy if you were to completely walk away from the hobby so I'm very happy to hear you'll be around in the future.
I think you are probably the first swfuker I met and its a moment i will never forget. I was wandering around my first ff on my own and you can straight up to me, said alright and proceeded to whip out a potf nikto for me to see. My eyes nearly popped out of my head as I didn't even know they existed!

I really hope the rest of the year picks up for you mate and I wish you and your family all the best.

edit: Grant was the first swfuker I met but being confronted by a staggering, swearing welshman wasn't as nice an experience as your nikto.
