I did all these between 13 - 15 years ago, all pencil work, sorry unfortunately the resolution is a bit low because they were pictures taken with a crappy digital camera 15 years ago, I no longer have the art so can't take new pics :( ... some of the art was all done in very, very fine style which was almost photo realistic, one drawing took me around 3 months to finish due to spending time adding lots of microscopic detailing, this high level of detail can't be seen unfortunately with this camera resolution, but they give you an idea.

I sold all the original art on ebay many years ago, i'd love to know if anyone on here has some of it

Enjoy! :)

I know this last one ain't Star Wars, but it's the best artwork I ever did and doing all the Star Wars drawing gave me practice to do this last Terminator piece good enough, so needed to include it 8)

Super work there mate, very nice indeed, a lot of time and patience has gone in there!

I like to try and draw and paint but a novice and only play at it.

Love the Vader, and the Terminator is a cracker, what have you used, acrylics?

Thanks, I could never do this again my eyes aren't good enough now and patience is something iv'e kinda lost lol, even if art is novice though it's the enjoyment of doing it in peace & quiet I found is very therapeutic.

Also I only used pencils on all of these.

Yep, it is exactly that, therapeutic and calming, gives you chance to switch off.

Got to admit, I wear my Mr Magoo specs when doing anything as my eyes are shot as well!

Lovely work mate, you should keep your hand in

Very calming indeed, stress reducing, and the time absolutely flies by, I used to sit there smoking my brains out every night listening to music and just draw for hours, good times. I accidentally got into doing these drawings after someone bought me a pencil set which sparked it off, I haven't drawn since though.

It's more my head I think than my eyes, my vision is actually still great but I get too stressed out focusing on small details for too long and then I feel dizzy and it affects my vision, unfortunately.

Thanks for the praise also glad you like them :)

Another talent on this forum, they are very good, especially the Terminator, perhaps you should pick the pencils back up if you found it was carming last time around?
You don't do yourself justice Michael, I have been following your work since I joined this motley crew!
It's great to have something like art to unwind with, something we all could do with this day and age, enjoy. :p

Thanks, only problem now with focusing on small details is I get that double vision headache after 10 mins lol, shame really, but in all fairness my heart isn't into art anymore either.

I like to focus now on weight training and turning myself into a beast, it's kind of calming in it's own weird way  and also very satisfying. My canvas now is my body 8)

There's a few PT / Running threads on here, be good to have someone dig one of them out and get talking fitness again... see what you can find

My body is not so much a Temple, more a Bouncy Castle

Bouncy Castle, brilliant never heard that one before.
Don't forget to post this one when complete. :p

Bouncy castle!

That's some good art I really like that, you should do a second connecting piece that joins up to this one, showing the rest of the scene to the left of Han where the Wampa is dragging Luke away into the distance.

Great stuff there well done 8)

I've just about finished building a garage and my first priority was to decorate it. I've always wanted a mural and whilst this isn't quite that big it's not bad, I've included an impact driver to show the scale :).
