It's more a modern bootleg I believe.

Burnsy - Not really into vaders, just never saw this one before and didnt know if he was worth a go for $20 if someone else may have wanted him and he was something rare. He is on Fleabay for a buy it now at 10 + 10 for shipping if anyone interested. I will stick to the originals. Besides action figures that poo kinda freak me out.
