Anyone recognise this lightsabre style weapon?

Just looking to find out more about this so I can list it on Ebay for sale. Lights up, spring loaded blade and has sounds like some of the electonic star wars sabres, but is from Marvel so belongs to some other line.

Any info appreciated.

If i had a pound for every time I'd not put a picture on when needing advice. I'd have a about £4. Edited now.
