Doesnt mention what its door policy on droids is though.

Yes, seen that, it's only half an hour away for me and the lad, will have to have a look at that ,
Problem is I don't drink, so the blue milk is off the agenda, if I go I'll post up some pics :D

I will no doubt be going to this. Only 30 minute train journey so I will be able to drink as much blue milk as I want  I will have to remember to leave my droids at home.

There's a 'star wars' bar in most towns, most of us know a bar or two where 'you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy'.

Our local in Leyland is a definite Star Wars bar. Doors close and ash trays come out. We're not very civilised round our way

This is not Star Wars related but don't you have a full size fire engine in a display case in Leyland (pretty sure it's not one of Christians)?! I was on my way back from Blackpool having got the car serviced, and stopped at Leyland for some reason that now eludes me; and there it was - damn thing looks awesome!

Haha! Yes we do! You come off the motorway and it's right there in a hotel car park by the side of the road. For some weird reason there are two throne-like chairs also in the case at the front of the fire engine. I'm guessing some sort of strange marriage package the hotel offer. Get married in front of a vintage fire engine. And why not? :)

But to anyone thinking Leyland sounds a strange Northern town, then you've never been to Wigan :?
