This is a vintage Vulcalors action figure box, which is the rare European/Italian release of the 1980s Manglors toy line. Manufactured by Ideal in the United States around 1984, this specific figure was distributed in Italy by the toy company Harbert under the localized name Vulcalors.
The character depicted on this box is Manglodactyl, a purple pterodactyl-like alien monster.

No but doing an advanced search on eBay of sold items "Mangalors" one of the range comes up recently sold $400
