Just received this 12 back back from the graders and the footplate has moved

Anyone know any tricks to get it back under her feet?

Breaking it open does seem the only option. Bad luck.

Did this happen whilst it was with the graders? If so, why not contact them? If it's their fault then they should damn right pay for it.

Aup mate it's Steve from UKG just to clear up thats how she came in for grading probably happened with Royal Mail when you sent the figures in because we thought it was a factory issue when she came in lol,RM do wind me up at times I worry how they handle parcels when I get stuff that I have bought off ebay I always panic about the posties.
I had a carded figure come last week and it was in a star case but the bubble had totally come off the card and it was a clear bubble at that I was gutted...
Anybody else had issues with RM?.
