I have been searching throught the boxes that came from the attic and there is junk and interesting stuff ,, but i was looking at the tinplate toys that i used to have, most were well meaning gifts when i was a kid, but as i had electric train set and cars, my folks wrapped em up and they went up into the attic.

Basically i am wondering how to clean em and how old they are,, i think the wells bus is postwwar 1950's but the train set stuff no idea.

And the last bit is some of the toys i have been pulling out,, ninja turtles, biker mice from mars and part of a he-man radio, the speakers are to castle grayskulls. they are around somewhere.

and i found my beano stash,, about 8 years worth of them, seem i was naturally a hoarder/collector

The bus is awesome and I'm lovin that HeMan radio.
Never seen that before.

Does it still work?

If i can find the speakers ,, i think one was working the last time i used it, there also used to be a plastic shield that stuck out from the top of the radio. Gotta find them speakers.

The bus doesnt work, but the train does but only on one speed,,, fast.

I think i will open up the boxes for a good look, pity most of it was chucked, and only last year, i know more now and some of it probably was of interest to folks. hindsight is 20 20, at least i kept the star wars.

Bebop and Rocksteady don't deserve to be in the same shot as a biker mouse from mars

I think those old tin toys are more collectable than Star Wars - it would be well worth giving them a clean up

I remembered beebop and rocksteady as I got the from relatives in Canada as a present before they came out in Ireland and none of my mates knew what they were .

Some research has shown that yeah the tinplate stuff is worth a bit allright, but cleaning them is the problem and getting rid of the rust on the tarain set is gonna be hard if not impossible . I will take some pics of the rest later .

Well a deeper dig into the boxes revealed more stuff,, and this is becoming "other collection showcase" but if anything kicks off memories for yah or you know anything about any of the stuff let me know.

Joe the boys get there own shot this time :D
