Well I was in the city for a while when it came out so I managed to get in there at midnight Thursday night for the first showing, also managed to see it at the Vue in Leicester so I got the full DTS sound which IMO make a huge difference, sadly I was not overly impressed as it was to say the least a little confusing & threw up a whole bunch more questions rather than delivering the answers we/I was looking for, a well acted pretty well scripted film with great special effects ETC, but IMHO the story line was rather week & TBH I was thinking at the end -

I for one would like to see another discussion thread about this film with spoilers & thoughts for those that have already seen it, TBH I am a big fan of the Ailiens/predator & AVP franchise & have read most of the books & played a few of the games over there years & TBH I think they could be doing much much better with the films

You sound like a lot of the people I have been reading on an ALIEN and Predator forum. **** script, **** ending, appears to be massively cut...but when Damon Lindelof is involved, what did we expect really?...the ****wit wrote LOST for gawds sake. The biggest pile of **** to ever find an audience, if you ask me.
