Anyone else having trouble accessing Paypal?

Not been able to get on for a few days. Keep getting an Internet Explorer message.
Is it just me?

No problems for me. Used it quite a few times in the last couple of weeks and no issue.

I'm really starting to get ****ed off with this. Every time I try to go to the paypal account, I get the message saying Internet explorer cannot display the webpage. Every other site I try to access is opening fine.
I've now been on the phone for 20 mins with these idiots and they've not even answered the phone.
