Got home to check my e-mail today to find one from e-bay about Minimum Standards for Sellers,sure some of you have had this.
Now,I understand about feedback and ebay saying buyers should have a good experience but this way of penalising you is ****!!!! :x :x :x
In my case I work long hours,and I state in my terms of sale it will take 3 business days to post out yet people don't read this and give you a 1 or 2 star rating if they don't receive the next day or day after.
I had a bit of a ding dong with one guy who has obviously given me 1 star for everything and this was an AFA graded figure I sold him.
I've pasted the e-mail below but it hasn't come out very well but you get the picture.
Needless to say I'll try to do most of my selling on the forum or off from ebay from now on.

To improve service standards there will now be an additional DSR measure. This new Minimum Standard will count the number of 1 and 2 star ratings sellers receive. This measure is being introduced because 1 and 2 star ratings are a clear indication that a buyer has had a bad shopping experience.
Sellers with less than 400 eBay transactions will need to keep their total DSRs of 1 and 2 below the Minimum Standard. The Minimum Standard for item description is 3% or 3 total DSRs of 1 and 2 over the last 12 months. For communication, dispatch, and P&P charges, the minimum Standard is 4% or 4 total in the last 12 months.
If the rate of 1s and 2s goes over any of these limits sellers will get lowered placements in search and may even face limits on selling activity until their ratings improve.
