Any idea what these are?

Anyone have any idea what these are?
I buy random bits, in fact I've got two large boxes of just random bits that I've bought over the years.
I came across these the other day, they both dated 1986 and the lighter version of it has comics Spain marked on the arm. Just wondered if anyone had any idea what they were before I just add them to my random boxes.

Ahh ok
