Just before I paid I decided to check his feedback and noticed he had bought this figure as a reseal - http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110774882595#ht_500wt_1003

So I then sent him a rather angry message and told him I wouldn't be paying for the figure as it might have a snazzy new display case but it was a reseal and his description didn't mention that at all.

He replied saying I was the dishonest one for not paying and that the figure was original and not custom (I think reseal/not original seal got lost in translation somewhere)

He then told me he would be informing ebay that British buyers are dishonest as well

Anyways - he later cancelled the sale and hasn't put it back up yet so hopefully his run in with me has taught him a lesson.

I don't think he will relist it because he probably would have by now but if he does I will no doubt notice it and raise the alarm again!

*PS- Iain- Remember what I said about me and ebay? LOL - Proving my point!

C'mon Joe, that snazzy case is worth £60 by itself, your just too picky mate. :lol:

I like the way has took the pic on such an angle that you couldn't see the most damaged side, what a prick.

This is the one thing I worry about with my resealed cards, some scumbag buying them from me and trying to dupe another by not mentioning the are resealed.

Hmmm - yes I can see why you steer clear. What a prat = and I love the insinuation that all British buyers are dishonest from someone who bought an advertised reseal from a British buyer and then tried to resell it without mentioning this !

I have never been stung dealing with the UK..................on the other hand I have had a few American Deals go sour....and I steer clear of Italy when I can.
