I got like a million Star Wars toys I'm going to be selling and the proactive (pushy & annoying) type that I am I try to broaden awareness of what I'm selling (Some call it advertising... others spamming). I'd love to post em here from time to time to of course drum up interest in what I peddling and because I'm guessing if you're creeping here you're interested in buying this kind of stuff... having said that. This is a community I brazenly barged into and I have enough awareness to know that Nobody likes a crazy relentless spammer ....and antagonizing potential buyers is certainly not in my interest. Point being;

Ya'll know this market better than I do and I'd love suggestions of any other toy forums you may know of where I can post this type of thing to avoid flooding this space with a hundred million messages.....I really just want to make some money ... doing fair sales unloading the precious bits of my childhood one Carded or Baggie Kenner figure at a time.....But seriously: I had a hard time finding toy forums to broadcast Star Wars stuff. Matximus would Love to spread the So Awesome Nuts-hurting love around. I found a forum where I broadcast my super old school Mego listings and they seem to love it.... though I never talked about my nuts there. Oh well. Any way: Help me anyone, you're my only hope.....

And Also: Since I'm pandering for help already. Ya'll seem to be experts on stuff that hits the marketplace. Expert eyes to smoke out out fakes and the like. I just scanned a couple posts and it's interesting. You got any tips on major pitfalls I should be looking to avoid as a seller? Any huge rookie mistakes you've seen I should steer clear of? You buy stuff from people. What makes a good seller of this type of stuff? Lots of pictures? Credible track record? I'm really just taking stabs in the dark with my approach - the three or four things I listed here are literally the first three or four Star Wars things I've ever sold in my life. I have like 200 pieces I want to get rid of....I really have no Idea what I'm doing. After the wife goes to bed I crack a beer take some bad pictures of old toys and try and sell ****...This stuff just landed in my lap. I have no sentimentality whatsoever and nothing but the roughest pricing expectations.

Like James said - start 1 thread, update it with what photos you have taken once you sink your can's & keep a steady flow of things coming on the thread day by day till you have them all listed - drop the stupid act as it will make you few if any friends on this forum & stick to the point - what you are trying to sell!

You want to do funny stuff then try a comedy forum!.
