Animal Skull ID help please

Hi guys, a bit of a strange post I know, but anybody got any idea what this scull could be from??, was found here in north Wales on the beach & I have never seen anything like it & can't find anything like it on line either :?

Looks a bit like a snake to me but I am no expert & WTF would a snake skull this size be doing on a beach here, very strange!.

Pete - yes its a skull as you can see the brain cavity in the middle, must say I have seen a lot of animal skulls over the years as I am always out & about, but this one has me beat, no frecking idea what so ever, closest to it must be Joe's poppadoms :lol:

keep it coming as I really would like to know, I don't think its a fish TBH as I am/was a fishmonger by trade, but never seen a fish that could have a scull like this, looks reptilian.

What about a mantaray of some sort?? The type that killed Steve Irwin.... I have no idea if they are found in North Wales (i'm guessing they aren't) but you never know where it could be from!
