Bear with me, bit of a back story.

So my pain started when this chap in Australia emailed me to offer low on 2 items I had as a buy it now. I said no sorry. He then won an auction of mine for another item. All ok so far.

No payment arrived and the two items at bin prices did not sell. I relisted them as an auction and both got a few bids.

Still no payment for the auction item so I raised a non payment dispute. The guy then messages me saying he is not going pay for the auction item as he is still 'shopping'. I assume he is looking at my two other auctions but they end a week later. I tell him to buy the item he hadn't paid for. Again he refuses this time complaining about postage charges (£15 tracked to Australia)

The unpaid for item dispute is ended after the lapse time with of course eBay black marking him. An abusive email comes my way. I block him.

My two auctions go well over price which surprise me. The winner is also from Australia. I check the address, same twat, different account!

And guess what, 2 days later no payment.

What should I do?????

Yeah, just report him - it is likely he will get his second account closed as well

Get these accounts up on here as well so we can all block this twat

You need to call ebay and actually speak to someone about him. Just explain as above and they'll deal with him. Obviously block booth his accounts and please please please add his account names here so we can protect ourselves against this arsehole.

Reported him but only via eBays online route..what difference will it make with a call (genuine question)?

Added his account(s) to the buyers to block thread

And offered second chance offer which has been accepted thank god

I HATE eBay!!!!!

Went the online chat route. Very helpful. Of course they wont tell me what happened but seemed sympathetic :)

Yeah, that might work. I always call if it's something i HAVE to have done as i can often talk them round when initially they're not that bothered or quoting policy.
I'm not really sure what they will do here if anything. They NEVER ban buyers almost no matter how they behave so it's difficult to get a resolution in this kind of scenario. Basically a warning is as strong as it'll get. And that's a maybe.

Sorry to read this buddy.

I have a tosser from France who has been a dick - I'm sure I will post a inquiry about it on here soon ...
