Here's the light - I did a bit of research and its got good reviews. I live out in the sticks so my commute home is in pitch black, I've got a 10W old bottle battery Cateye at the moment but they don't seem to do those any more

900 lumens

I also bought a 200 lumens light for £30, and the guy upgraded it to a mark 2 version - which can't be bad

200 lumens

When they arrive I'll let you know how they perform

Lights are a minefield at the moment. Especially with the cheaper ones that are appearing on the market. I have heard of chargers setting alight and all sorts of problems.
A really good place to check up is the forums associated with Singletrack magazine. There are a lot of 'light' threads on there......

Good spread of light for a bar mount. I still need a good helmet light though with a more focused beam to shine further down the trail.
