AFA population reports

it would be nice to see it updated

my figure i got back yesterday has been updated with its new information on the look up a serial figure number

and with the leah boushh that i had graded 90 way back in february , at the time antoni emchowitz said he had sold 2 90's so the one i got graded would make atleast 3 but it still only shows 2 all these months later


as for the Tom thing that was very lame

I think he had the one 90 which he sold twice as I remember! :wink:

I reckon he was making excuses as first he said he had 2 graded 90 and he only sold one of them so he had one left, then he said the one he had left he had been put aside for you when really he may have only ever had the one and didnt know what he was talking about

I was going to get some more items from him recently but as he never even aknowleged my last email i will go elsewhere

Does anyone know when the AFA pop reports are due to be updated?
They haven't changed since they first went up. I know they are scheduled to be updated some time soon, and I think weekly(?) after that.

Any one heard anything more substantial!?

I saw a post by Tom Derby on RS a few weeks ago, basically outlining what I said above, but I haven't heard anything since then.

From what I know Tom Derby has been setting up a new vintage auction house thing with Brians Toys which has taken up a lot of his time but the pop reports should be completely revised in the first couple of weeks of the new year with weekly updates thereafter. Apparently you will be able to find out a lot more about each graded figure including the individual subgrades etc. We'll see if it appears on-time. Its only been waiting for an update since May :wink: :roll:

It's annoying me that they still have not updated the populations reports you pay could money to get your item graded least they could do is update it

They for the most part are 100% snobs and think they are better than anyone else. That is why I am here. I used to try to talk to the vintage guys over on RS and all they wanted to do was tell me how much more they knew than me or how much better their collection was than others....bunch of cunts the whole lot

I have brought this subject back up again. As its starting to do my head in. Does any 1 know when its getting updated. We are paying good money to get stuff graded at least they could do is update it every month.

No they are not in a rush. When they do updated it all the population reports go up making some stuff less rarer. Quite possible maybe in some ways reduceing the price off stuff

They changed it once but that was it. They have promised that it will be out this month but I've heard that before :roll:

Changing the subject slightly they have got an offer on their custom acrylic cases at the mo. 20% off until the end of April which ain't bad
