Is it me ,or is the price of graded 12 back luke skywalkers going up and up ? I've bought 2 lately in the last month afa70 and afa75 none was over £800 so as I'm always on the look out I've noticed that 70 is defo over £1000 and 75 grade could be £1200 so a 80 grade gas got to be £2000 ! As I said is it me or is something else going on with the bidding on theese items ?

Not sure about that but 12 backs in general r on the up :!:
I know that Kenner A card 12 backs r commanding a premium in the US and obviously mint 12 backs r big bucks now with top dealers asking over $3000 for the more desirable ones graded:!:

Goodness I think about the days I used to collect Kenner, $350 for my mint 12 back Luke from 'Rebel Toy', $400 for my mint 12 back large Head Han from 'Brians Toys' though he wasn't called 'Brians Toys' back then :)

Those were the days 8)

I think I paid £120 for my old large head han from some guy in Model Mart! I remember when Brian was running Brianstoys (starwarstoys.com?) as a student (I think).

Were they all 12a's? That makes a big difference. Could the slightly cheaper ones be 12b's or 12c's?? Might explain it.

12 A they were but it seems A B Or C no matter still sells high so it seems ,there's one on ebay now 75 grade on a B card nearly £500 notes with 5 days to go ,so that's gonna be hitting a high chunk of dough?

Maybe?! Starwarstoys.com is on the 'waybackwhenmachine' as Brianstoys, but thankfully only their front page; I'd probably cry if I could see the prices (actually he's probably only just caught up to todays values ;) ).

I remember buying Revenge proof cards from Kathy at The Earth for $60 or so each! Now it looks like they just sell star cases.
