just sold a resealed lando for Ã'£47.50
any way the buyer is saying its not turned up so i said i will chase it up with po ,who said they have to wait 20 days before they can make a claim .

any way today i got a email off buyer saying it still not turned up and can they have a refund as the parcel would come back to me any way........not ****ing likely
1 they may already have it
2 they have noticed it said reseal in the auction after they paid and dont want it any more.

what right have they got i told them i can only get them Ã'£34 back off the po

what a crock of ****! how would it arrive back at your place if its lost! thats ****ing stupid coz u could just send it to them AGAIN lol

thats the crappest blag ever :!:

If I sell something that sells for more than I expect I will send it recorded delivery whether the seller asks for it or not. It only costs something like 65p extra and buyers are least likely to claim it hasn't arrived when it has to be signed for.

Even that would only insure it for Ã'£34 so if they didn't ask for special delivery tell them the package is only insured for Ã'£34 and that they will have to wait until you get refunded.

thats what i told them they said they dont see why they should pay for something that hasnt turned up

The obvious come back....... why should you be out of pocket for something that the PO "lost"?

You up held your end of the bargain, you can't control the PO and the buyer didn't specify recorded delivery or ask for insurance............

at the end of the day mate its only feedback and if he's in the wrong whats he going to say... let him get on with it then in your next ebay listing have a stand listing format saying that you only send recorded due to ebay thiefs then that way you will deter any wankers.......most of the honest buyers wouldnt mind paying extra as you get it faster most of the time anyway... :D

if he negs me i will get ebaay to look at the emails where i have offered him refund off po

and boba it was a reseal skiff ,and yes i stated this in the auction

they are definitely trying it on. Pretending its lost as they've just spent nearly Ã'£50 on a Ã'£5 figure

they just said they want the full amount as they say i havent posted it .i said i have proof off postage so gonna report them to ebay as they are not getting any money out off me

take a photo or scan the proof of postage and email it to them. That should stop them moaning.

i told them i had proof and i have reported them to ebay ,now they have sent this

you should not have said that i might already have it
iwould never do that you dont even know me to say that. lets just wait fot it to turn up somewhere because it cant have vanished. can you tell me the address you sent it too in case it went to the wrong one

I bet whatever address you say is the wrong one

I think you've got them worried though

its the address from the auction so what can they say ,any way told them i reported it to ebay asked to withdraw the feedback and to deal with me through ebay as i have done all i can

do a ****ing print screen of thier addy in paypal! what jokers.

send that with the proof of purchase to ebay PAYPAL AND your numpty buyer!

they are trying every trick! what knobheads! IF THEY HAD PAID FOR RECORDED THET COULD THEN HAVE Ã'£32 back - but they blatently didnt PAY that

thats like crashing your car and writing it off with no insurance and expecting some one to pay for the car still???? idiots!

Besides that WAS NOT YOU WHO made the price up for the item either so they can kiss ASS.

Get your Ã'£Ã'£Ã'£ out of paypal too, incase for some reason they SUCK about it.

what a surprise

it has arrived.what happened was it looks like 7 farm close written on the box and they have been keep sending it back to the post office this has happened 3 times. i have not lived here long and the people at number 7 did not no my name until they spoke to another neighbour this morning. its perfect sorry about everything but hope you could understand my frustration.
