advice requested on auction I won but seller sold to someone else

Last night I won an item on ebay.nl, now the seller sending me a message his brother sold it around ebay.
what can I do?

Nothing but neg him unfortunately, you can't make him send it, just don't pay for it and if you have paid open a case at the first available opportunity if he won't refund you.

Sounds like it went below what the seller wanted or you've been backdoored. Do you mind sticking the link up? Wouldn't mind a little fun and games with the seller.....

what happens if I decline the seller's request to cancel this transaction.

I would leave the feedback and then accept the cancellation but I think you should be able to feedback anyway
maybe post a link to the seller on the "sellers to avoid" thread on here
