It's a little hard to tell from those pictures, too much flash, funny angles, bit blurry.

The bottom looks good and firmly sealed, the top looks a bit dodgy, could just be a lifting yellowed bubble but an original seal or it could be a reseal like you suspect.

If you can, try to get some pictures in daylight without flash and as steady as possible and perhaps it'll be a lot clearer.

Thank for your reply joe I'll change the pictures tomorrow
The bubble is firmly sealed all the away around but there is no waffle pattern
And it looks like the glue has dried out on one side

If there is definitely glue residue Fletch that isn't good- they were originally sealed with heat + pressure, no glue involved :(

Lack of waffle pattern isn't too much of a worry as not all Kenner figures have it so look forward to the pics tomorrow!

the seal looks even all the way around with on incosistansys there just a white line on one side of bubble ive picked it up on this pic this is what i ment about the glue drieing out i was just conserned about the waffle patern not being present

In that one I would say it looks ok but the seal has weakened and the litho print of the cardback has come up (making a white line) when the bubble has come away. That can happen when bubbles are weakly sealed at the factory, many foreign figures show this fault.

Not much help but that's what I get from the picture.

so do you think it looks legit then i was thinking about selling it it was sold to me as orginal and im sure it is i just want to be 100% sure before i put it up for sale

As Joe said the pictures make it difficult to ascertain the legitimacy of the seal with a great certainty.

However it looks fine to me. I have had a few of the 48 backs with made in Taiwan or Macao as labelled within. They have all had different looking seals. Oh and the White border on the inside is common with MIM seals- I have a couple with internally lifting bubbles. Also my harbert Jawa has the same issue.
Value wise I would say £50-80, It is too difficult to tell from the photos the exact condition it's in. £50 for c7 £80 for c9
It's a popular figure so it should do well.
