Abbreviations for the Newbies

Excellent thread & what I was looking for :)

Would it not be a good idea to post all the abreviation in the first post & put it as a sticky, to help others that can be as confused as me

Also as pointed out to me by spoons the other day-

PBP - poch - Spanish issued figures

UKG - united kingdom grading

& the ultra needed -

MHHN - My head hurts now.

Also plenty of standard forum abbreviations may be worth adding on a separate list like -

ATB - all the best
HTH - hope this helps
BBS - be back soon
BB - bulletin board
IMO - In my opinion
IME - in my experience

Old thread I know but worthy of revival IMO

The abbreviation I use most! :D

DT= Double Telescopic

as in vintage orginal DT Vader for sale: £1 (comes with free DT Kenobi)

Yes and to most New collectors it must be telescopic because it slides out of their arm.

If you want people to read a thread then it needs to be top of the list. Most people tend to move sales threads up with a 'bump' !

Good idea having these abbreviations.

Though this is not an abbreviation can someone tell me what a beater is? I've seen that word used a number of times.. It's either an abused star wars toy or something to do with adult films... :)
