Makes absolutely NO difference that he's dead!

Unfortunately, America's policy of going in all guns blazing and shooting anything that isn't American (including British soliders) means that in the 10 years it's taken to find Bin Laden again (the SAS found him about 8 years ago and were told to "step down" so Delta force could finish him, guess what Delta force did............) they have created an almost endless supply of willing volunteers for Al Queda and their associates, all wanting to fight/kill Americans and or Westerners in general.

Don't get me wrong, Bin Laden was an evil bastard and he deserved death. BUT, the way the US, and to a lesser extent her allies, have gone about trying to catch him and have exacted revenge on various parts of the world in the guise of a "war on Terror" means we are now LESS safe than we were 10 years ago.

Still, no terrorist is gonna try and blow up Belfast, FFS we do it ourselves! So I'm safe enough! :D

All it did was raise our gas prices. He needed to die...but after nine years of hiding I am sure he was of no real value to his followers anyways.

where's wally.

i will leave it at that,, dont get me started on CIA intevention and MACSOG and Mujahadeen training, etc.

I'm with Todd on this one - but if nothing else it's good for Obama and a kick in GW's teeth.

George must be pretty pissed off that Obama got his man

What's the betting Pakistan gets 'occupied' next...

yeah i am glad for Obama,, its one over on the republican tea party twats who were questioning the birthcert last week.

maybe he will now have an excuse to wind down their war machine that supports their defense industry,, who shareholders and board members are all republican greedy bastards.
