This year the OSWCA (Ontario Star Wars Collectors Alliance Facebook group) is excited to explore the Nelvana connection to Star Wars, The Holiday Special, Droids cartoon & the Ewoks cartoon.

Here are a few vintage style customs that I've prepared for the "May The North Be With You" Con. Aug 4-6 in Oakville ON. Just outside of Toronto. They will be auctioned or raffled off for charity.

I'm hoping to get these autographed by the guest speakers from Nelvana before the auction or raffle.
Nelvana was the Canadian animation studio responsible for the Boba Fett cartoon in the Holiday Special, Ewoks & Droids cartoon series.

We would love to have you over. I think Jason had a great time, other than the airline loosing his luggage for 3 days. There was mention of setting up another one next year. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks Ian. This was so much fun. From the Friday night dinner with the guests and some attendees. The Saturday panels & room sales. And the Sunday toy show with that linked video. Chris P. from TVR will likely be editing the panel videos and will have them posted on Youtube, hopefully shortly. fyi. This was the 2nd get together. The first one was October of 2022.

Jason and I were set up next to each other at the toy show.

They just announced that MTNBWY 3 is being planned for the August long weekend 2024. It looks like that weekend lands on Friday - Sunday (Aug 2nd-4th) with the Monday holiday (5th) to recover.
