Tricky, I'm inclined to say decline as it could just lead to further problems and he has left you feedback so should have checked all this out beforehand....................... but if your feeling charitable, in a good mood and he has a decent feedback history then why not.

So do these cannons come in varying size?

Why do all the people who pull this kind of stunt write using the same kind of English (think I know the answer to that one)?

Sorry to hear about this, will this never end!?

I'd just accept the return, give him his money back(when they arrive) and relist them. What's the big deal? Seems like a strange reason to return them but the world's full of strange people, what can you do?

Yeah agreed, as long as you don't lose out financially (make them pay the return postage) just give them a refund. It'a not worth falling out with people!

No, **** him. He's an idiot.

He left positive feedback then wants to return an item based on something that's bollocks anyway - the wrong size? Eh?

The customer is NOT right in this instance.

Has anyone ever used the decline option?

I've heard that i'd then get a 'non return' strike against my account and eBay could still side with the buyer and deduct the money from my account including return postage.

Where's JFK when you need him? ;)

His "they don't fit" claim has be baffled I pulled them straight off an xwing myself ?!??

Maybe he'll send me a set of diecast ones back LOL!!!

Ask for a picture to prove they don't fit!

Never heard of differenr sized guns tbh.

If they have a valid case, and not trying to fit them on a non vintage vehicle then ask for return postage, then issue refund.... then re list them.

He probably wanted the POTFII versions or the super sized X-Wing versions.

It might come down to if you are registered as a business seller or not, if you are he has the right to ask for a return inside 14 days of receipt but not if your just Joe Bloggs selling the odd item.

Whenever I sell a loose figure on ebay I always measure inside leg, elbow to pointing finger, head to floor, waist, crotch and circumference of the neck. Not sure what you're complaining about it's just etiquette.

Walkie it's not worth the hassle of all that. Ebay will always **** you over. Just ask him to post them back and if and when he does, refund him. Job done.

Exactly, I don't think he's right, it's just not worth the hassle.
