Several years ago I have actually seen ebay do this money off code half way into the year too, not just after xmas.

So i'll be keeping an eye out this year more than usual. :wink:

I only happened to find out because someone posted it on the Echo Base group, I was lucky to see it.

I didn't check my emails though so I don't know if they send a notification about it, but if you ever see a green £ symbol underneath the BIN box and saying "save x%" then that means the sale is on, you can get the code by clicking on it.

From what I know I think they do this once or twice a year, it could be anywhere from a 10% code to 20%+

Great to know. Never knew they did it. Been looking at a couple of MOCs but they're about £70 too much for my liking. This would have been the perfect tonic.

It is strange, they're doing it to try and drive more sales after xmas had ended, but then they only run it for a few hours and don't tell anyone :lol: it doesn't make sense.

Even the promotional green £ symbol under the BIN box disappeared on me from all the listings after I saw it in the first listing I looked at, so I had to go back onto facebook to find the post so I could get the code. :?
