Ok..so it's not actually a classic, but it is rather strange.

I had never heard of Noothgrush so I thought I would have a look to see if they were any good..

I read the lyrics to 8d8 before I clicked the song. I was thinking if it had an iron maiden kinda pace to it, with bruce dickinsons wailin' voice, it would sound sick! Clicked it and was disappointed. Not the worst metal band I've heard, and I've heard a fair few and been in a fair few, but it was still pretty dire. Are there any fellow forum members who are musicians and up for starting a Star Wars band with me? Haha. I'd love to do a punked up fast version of the ewoks theme!

Love Maiden. Oddly I didn't really like their 80s stuff which most people see as the classic period.

You ever heard Bruce Dickinson's solo album? He did a song called tears of the dragon. Quality song, worth checking out.


My all time fav maiden song is fear of the dark, live in rio. Get goosebumps the way the crowd sing the opening.
