    The LEGO Corner

Yeah - After 45 mins in a virtual queue which was masking the fact the Lego website crashed at midnight I was able to redeem points to get the 25th Anniversary medal/coin. Then the next day popped down to a store and picked up the Tie and the 'gifts'. The EP1 gift set is really cool, very...

The book looks lovely - predictably that got ordered as well - I can't pass up a SW book like that. Some of the money off on the Insiders rewards are half decent for once.

    The LEGO Corner

This year's May the 4th rewards and offers are up on Lego. I braved the inevitable website crash and fake queuing system to cover it before finally getting to redeem points for the 25th medal at 1am...... Will head off to a store later today to cash in some more points for the Tie.

EPI would be cool - I would love to see a VTC style Royal Star Ship or a Droid Control ship - but that would be a surprise. Here's the Haslab post on it:

Anyone want to take a guess on the announcement next week? It was meant to be this weekend but the folks at Hasbro have pushed it back a week. The money seems to be on some sort of Death Star - which if true would have to be in the £800 mark which might be a bit to much - but if we are getting...

Discussion: 90's Star Wars toys classed as modern ?

Still playing around with images - because I am that board :) One other interesting thing, or opinion is, that while looking at all Hasbro's artwork, the stuff up to 2006 is generally very good. The Kenner stuff is iconic, but the EP1, POTJ and ROTS artwork particularly pops. But after that...

Discussion: 90's Star Wars toys classed as modern ?

Oh dear - I just looked those up.... But since they were not a Kenner/Hasbro toy I think we're safe, but anything in the 90's would be classic anyway :)

Discussion: 90's Star Wars toys classed as modern ?

OK So a few interesting things pop out to me (maybe only me...) 1 - It is obvious visually what a hot mess Hasbro is in. The number of lines/re-brands and stuff since 2006 is stupid, like way tooooo much going on. 2 - Star Tours launched in 2002 and is still going today, making it the longest...

Bit more visual (I am board today.... :) )

Discussion: 90's Star Wars toys classed as modern ?

This will want a nice pictorial/visual representation, but if anyone was to ask my view of how the lines breakdown into the three categories I would say this would be it (Not including sublines - as things like Star Tours were part of other lines, although the Disney Cross-Overs were not, so...

Discussion: 90's Star Wars toys classed as modern ?

Indeed this one gets thrown around a lot, but the simple fact is that in no universe can a toy that is 25 years old be called modern... To be fair you can't call anything that is 25 years old modern - would you call a TV you bought in the 90's modern or car, or mobile phone, computer etc...

    The Listening Post.

Likewise - I ordered Rex, who is always welcome - but the rest of the TVC seem unnecessary so I passed myself. I did get the Sabine 2 pack (Since I backed the Ghost project, so need the full crew) and the Thrawn BS figure (since I have all the others from Ahsoka show) - but for the first time in...

HasbroPulse has this: https://uk.hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-vintage-collection-sabine-wren-and-chopper-c1-10p I thought it was meant for that silly exclusive members thing, but boring normal customers seem to be able to order :)
