latest film/ dvd you have seen

Watched this the other night. Thought it was decent. Also watched Fantastic 4. Quite liked it. The retro vibes were nicely done. Crazy that the Invisible Woman was able to push Galactus so far, though.

The last Farthest From - The End of an Era

Definitely the end of an era. Been 3 times in the past and it's always been great. A really important corner stone of the hobby in the UK. Why is Dave stopping? I guess it's a huge effort and he's done it for years + interest seems to have fallen for various reasons.

PENDING Palitoy 30-bk Rebel Soldier (Hoth Battle Gear) unpunched open bubble

Really nice Palitoy 30-back Hoth Rebel Soldier, carded. Great colour, unpunched, bubble firmly sealed all round. Figure, weapon and footer all original. Bubble has small window sliced in top, so figure can be removed. No bubble plastic has been removed. Only visible on close inspection...

Installed it. Allows you to access the forum (looks exactly the same), without a browser. @Blackbeard is there anything else we need to know?

    The forum is silent

Interesting to hear your points from a different perspective of someone finding us through a search. First and foremost, this place has and always will be mainly focused on vintage toys. It also has a unique feel to it, probably due to its British-ness. This is fab, and we absolutely don't want...

    The forum is silent

@vadersome really good points. Not really thought about it in that way before, but think you're definitely onto something. The big question is how much do we value the current forum identity? Are we prepared to change it up a bit? I think it's always had a unique selling point, but in recent...

Predator: Badlands... enjoyed it, some great action and effects. The main problem, for me, was the Predator was no longer a scary, ruthless killing machine. The 12A cert hurt it a bit and great to explore the Yautja culture/background, but this led to it become almost too humanised. Fun though.

Hi, sorry to hear this. Absolutely crap situation and I should imagine, quite stressful! We need much more info (list everything you can think of) and pics. Prices are massively dependent on condition and completeness.

    Every saga has a beginning...

Looks great, Edd! Sorry to hear about the damp- what a PITA! Looks like they did a cracking job sorting it out, though.

    When to start thinning down?

This is something I've only ever fleetingly thought about, but you've got me thinking, Edd. I know my collection would be in safe hands with my boys, but may well start thinning stuff out before it comes to that. The only things I would definitely want kept are my (and my Dad's) childhood toys...

    Premier League 25/26 Thread

Yep, that's more like it. Organised, winning duels, everyone focused and pulling together... and a sensible lineup. Totally deserved and could've scored more.
