I haven't seen a decent angle of that yet. Nor of the supposed deflection up onto Gabriel’s arm for Newcastle’s non pen. I couldn't see the deflection from the one angle I had. Academic anyway, what’s done is done

I never rated Maguire, when I first saw rumours of Utd being interested in him I laughed. When I saw the rumoured price, I pissed myself. He’s not a “bad” player by any stretch but he sure as **** isn't the level a side with PL or CL ambitions (stop laughing) should be looking at. Has Shaw...

Agreed, and as for a player Utd have improved in 12years, Bruno is the only one who has an arguable case. Utd’s owners aren’t going anywhere though. They will want silly money for Utd. They paid nothing to buy it and it pays them a dividend of, what is it, 50-100m a year. That’s a sweet deal...

Amorim must be on borrowed time. Sunderland next then the International break (again FFS!) and a trip to Anfield. Lose to Sunderland, who are 4th as it stands and he could be gone. Like the end of the ETH reign, can anyone say a single player has improved during his time as Utd boss? Have any...

Not sure on Nuno to WH, the football was dire at Forest. Effective, but dire. And they won a lot of games 1-0 or by sitting in and getting lucky. I guess if it keeps WH up….. Who had Palace as the last side in the PL to lose a game?

City are a work in progress and so far a good chunk of the players they have signed in the last 18months look very very average. Maduekie (spelling) outfor 6-8 weeks. Arsenal should probably stop playing full contact rugby in training.

Oh aye, given the choice between “nice football and humped by the best sides, or eye gougingly dire shite but be in a title race” everyone takes the latter. But that squad should be able to do both, easily.

Keity Andrews will do well to see Xmas and Brentford could be in trouble this season. They were woeful yesterday. Speaking of woeful, is it just me or are Arsenal one of the worst teams in the league to watch? They have a superb squad and they get the results, but **** me long throws and...

Aye, nonsense call that. Slightly fortunate win for Pool. Fortunate in that the penalty came in stoppage time, but if you look at the match stats no way did Burnley deserve anything from that game. Their XG at half time was 0.00. They were at home. They had 3 shots in the whole game, none on...

That’s what I thought when I first read it, but I thought you had got the name wrong. It was only when I got to your third sentence I realised.

I saw chunks of WH Spuds yesterday, from the red card on. That seemed to kill the game, that and the fact Spurs scored instantly. Mind you WH’s marking for the second left a lot to be desired for the third was none existent. VDV was stood in the box unmarked pointing to where he wanted it for...

Agreed. Given their behaviour around the Palace in europe thing, I’d happily see Forest implode

    Premier League predictions 2025-26

True. I just don’t know what Maranakis (spelling) wants from a manager. Forest are, at best, a lower bottom half club. The fact they made Europe is a miracle. Ange is a strange appointment too. Amazed he took the job too
