So after 20 or so years of promising myself a Palitoy 12 back run, I've done it. I've only gone the reseal route but these look absolutely amazing on display. I bought 2 12 backs from Ian last July and made it by target of doing it within a year. I actually think most of these came from Ian, so I owe him massive thanks for everything. This is possibly my proudest achievement in collecting ever, and I actually got a lump in my throat seeing them together.

Pics are not the best as I'm finishing off my display room but I'll get more pics soon.

Congratulations Lee, that's a fantastic run and even more fantastic given they are reseal I am 100% for that route as it is:

Budget ( no extortionate prices that push you out as you collect on a budget)
Rescue - so many collectors are going the graded or have to be sealed and perfect route, therefore this reseal route saves pieces and brings them into your collection exactly for what they are- for your collection
Feel good- I'm sure you are the same as I, every time you look at your collection, it makes you smile

Fantastic run buddy cingratulations 8) briliant :)

Many congratulations on completing the run! Even as reseals, it's still a tough thing to do these days, and your set looks tremendous.

Thanks for sharing :)

Stunning collection Lee, thanks for sharing, looking forward to seeing the display room 8)

I'm made up for you Lee that you've achieved your goal :D

They really do look stunning and it was a real pleasure dealing with you for some of these and also getting you bit by the Palitoy 12 back bug (it's the same thing that happened for me when I picked up my first ones also).

A stunning set all together like that and congratulations on picking up that final Vader, I knew you'd get there in the end :D

Ian

Outstanding and I echo Ian's points about re-seals.

I will go one further and say putting together any re-seal run is just as hard and in some cases harder than the MOC route. I see way more MOC's for certain figures than I do re-seals.

Well done mate, now relax, enjoy them for a while and decide when you're going to got for the 20 backs!

Stunning, old school Palitoy branding and original Star Wars cards a magic combination, what a sight all together like that, well done, I think when you have grown up with Palitoy across the toy ranges its the only way to go

Lee, those look just amazing. Congratulations, it's not an easy run to do at all, even with reseals. Awesome set.
