NOT LONG AFTER THE 100KM RUN I STARTED PREPPING TO DEPLOY TO AFGHANISTAN. I THEN NEEDED TO READJUST TO BEING HOME. THEN CELEBRATION, PODCAST STUFF AND MY NEW JOB - A RETURN TO FLYING.

My fellow SWFUKers, with kind permission from Ed i'd like to introduce the 3rd and final Running Stormtrooper Prize Draw.

This will be my 5th annual Prize Draw on SWFUK and i'm positive that this will be the last. YOU guys have been consistently wonderfully generous and have helped raise £1000s for charity.

It has been suggested to me that to try to maximise the charity pool and hopefully get some more prizes this Prize Draw is more of a community one simply hosted on here. Hopefully this may bring some more people to the forum as well. All people need to do is message me on here, Facebook or whatever means they can if they have sponsored.

For the third and final element of The Running Stormtrooper Trilogy i will be attempting to run 100 Kms in the stormtrooper armour in one day (May the 17th). I will be commencing the run at Pinewood studios at midnight and run until the job is done. :shock: Prior to this i will be running in the London Marathon on April 22nd. 8)

This year i am once again raising money for Make A Wish but also a wonderful charity who also assist really poorly children, children who are extremely unlikely to leave hospital. If you don't shed a tear when watching the video you are a harder man than me.

I have set a lower target this year as last year i had the luxury of raising money at Star Wars Celebration. My rather odd target of £6213.70 represents £100 for every mile of the 100Km (62.137 miles)

I'm now actually slightly concerned that even my conservative target of £6213.70 may be too high i'm really struggling to get any corporate sponsorship. If any of you run a business and you'd be happy to make a corporate sponsorship i'd thanks the crap out of you on social media and you should be able to write it off against tax i believe

I met the X-Wing Pilot runner last year when he was dressed as a Dinosaur, really nice guy
