Loft Find updated June 13, 2024

This isn't a lost find yet, 25 years ago when I left home my mum moved all my old toys into our loft. Now I know that sold the majority of my collection for £120 in 1989 to buy an amiga 500. However I am going to guess that in the crates of lego, key rings, etc, that I have at least one or two pieces surviving. My mum refuses to go up and empty it out (it also contains all my brothers old toys), so I keep pestering knowing I might find some great childhood bits and bobs!

A guy here in Denmark contacted me just before christmas about that he have found at his parents loft his and his brothers childhood lot and that he would sell it to me if I wanted it. We made the deal and he mailed it to me. Unfortunately he could only find 50% of what they had. He was not sure about what have happen to the other 50% of the childhood lot. He told me maybe it was thrown out but if he found more then he would contact me again for another sale.

Hi guys I just noticed the the sticker on the power droid in this lot that I found a few weeks ago. Does not have a pink button on the display. It is white, have any of you seen that before ? :?

I was thinking about the same thing. The stickers must have been mad with a printer and maybe there was no more pink left in the printer for that sticker and they did maybe not throw them out just because a sticker or a few stickers did not have the correct color :?

Hi guys I got this danish childhood lot today. Very strange lot, most of the cloth and weapons is gone and 2 broken figures but most of the figures is mint or in very great shape and others have a few smaller damages. Yak Face is one of the mint figures to my big surprise. Again sorry about the bad yellow light, I hope soon we will get some sun so I do not need to use light

She told me she was a huge star wars fan in the 80s when she was a child and that she only got this 4 figures. Looks like she was a Leia fan and then she also wanted the boy friend :lol: She told me she never played with them and they have only been on display. Solo, Leia bespin and Leia endor looks mint. But leia white cape have lost her eyes brows and it is Non-sonic weld but the rest on her is again mint. No damage on the hands, cape etc. etc. and all weapons is original
