Does anyone know when this is from and how much it is worth?

1980-1982 Looks mouldy....Is it just the box? Or is it still sealed with the toy inside?

Box is a bit battered lol but toy is still inside

Has it been opened\used? If it is used you will need to take it out and photograph it too see if it is complete also signs for discoloration. Also does it have cardboard inserts still?the This particular toy has lots of parts that are usually missing normally The light up guns which we call chin guns also the bulb cover is often is missing.
