Lobot:

I never had the Lobot figure when I was a kid and I do not remeber I saw it in the toy stores. But it was sold in denmark. Today I have a Lobot army. I think kenner did a really great job with lobot (y)

What with his "flouncy blouse" and his baldness this guy had nothing going for him, at least he could talk to the Cloud City computer for company…
But they made him so every collection needs at least one example and I have two.

I don`t think i would have wanted him as a child. However wouldn`t mind a nice Tri logo now. :ROFLMAO:
For some reason they are difficult to find mint, I assume because they would have ended up in bargain bins and be rummaged through back in the day.
My one is above.

The ones I've seen that were nice, ans could have bid on , his arms were discoloured. Is that common with him ?

I am not 100% sure but if I remember correct, I have some discoloured loose and moc so maybe they are common

I always quite liked the Lobot figure. Cardback image is pretty cool and I quite liked the Bespin run of ESB figures.

Anyway, here's one of the rarest figures I own - a Palitoy 45a Lobot, Possibly only 1 or 2 sealed examples known.

Cool that you have such a rare moc, thanks for sharing this beauty. Did you have a lobot when you was a kid ?

What a superb MOC to have in your collection! Many congratulations and many thanks for sharing such a rare item :)

Ah, the good cyborg! I like Lobot. He might not be all that exciting to some collectors perhaps, but I've always kind of liked him, even if I did find his billowing sleeves to be a bit on the odd side as a child! :)

There aren't that many variants to be found on this one, but there are some vest pocket, trouser fly and belt buckle sculpt and paint differences to be had. Here are my 4 loose ones. From left to right:

Kader L1a, R2a or R2b Figure, M2_2 Kader blaster - Wide pockets, long fly, narrow stance, gloss belt, 2 buckle circles
Unitoy L1a?(d?), R1a?(d?) Figure, M4c Unitoy blaster - Narrow pockets, short fly, fine details, narrow stance, gloss belt, 2 buckle squares
Smile 1a Figure, M1 Smile blaster - Narrow pockets, short fly, soft details, wide stance, matte belt, 2 buckle circles
Smile 1b Figure, M1 Smile blaster - Narrow pockets, short fly, soft details, narrow stance, gloss belt, 2 buckle circles
