Why am I seeing ads?

For the last couple of days, extremely annoying pop-up adverts have been appearing on SWFUK for me despite me paying to be a member. I am more than happy to pay as I think it's excellent value for money, but one of the benefits of doing so was supposed to be that I wouldn't see adverts, however I am.

Does anyone know if this is a change in policy or is it an error or fault of some kind that will be corrected? Thank you.

I've tried on both a mobile phone and a desktop PC. On the PC, I was already signed out and had to sign in, and on the mobile phone, I've tried logging out and logging back in again, but the ads are still showing on both devices.

What, I did wonder was whether my SWFUK subscription has ended without me being notified? I have not received anything asking me to pay for another year, and I can't remember exactly when I last paid my membership. I will gladly pay if that is the cause of this, but if it is, I need to be notified that that is the case, and how to go about paying for another year please.

Mate, as far as I'm concerned there isn't any payment required now.
That's not your issue as I don't have ads.

Well the good news is the adverts seem to have disappeared for me now. If this is as a result of any action by the Admins or @Blackbeard then thank you very much.

Only time I have seen those video pop up ads is if I haven't been logged in

Update on my previous comment.... I tried another browser and ads are present even when logged in. I use Opera browser on both devices and it has excellent ad blocking so I guess that's why I'm not seeing them
