Nichelle Nichols has passed away, 89 years old, RIP.

I only know her from Star Trek as Uhura.

Sad to hear once again but she did live a long and prosperous life and at least I still have my vintage action figure of her to see every day

R.I.P. to a lady who made such an impact for many.
