Looking at the Small single line, Hong Kong COO figures I have noticed that they came with both Black and Brown face paint application as can be seen here...latest find, in the larger photo, has Black face paint.

One common feature, again found on the latest figure, is the presence of a noticeable line on the back of the neckline. Previously discussed on Page 3. The new figure also has lighter Brown hair compared to the other two figures.

No COO figure update :

Nearly a year since this thread was updated! Picked up a new No COO figure today. New leg markings on it. Fat head variant similar to the other No COO brown hair figure I documented previously. (Page 2)

Couple of differences between the hair colour and face paint application on the previous No COO Brown hair figure. This figure has lighter Brown hair and Black face paint application as opposed to Darker brown hair and Brown face paint application on the previous figure.
Latest figure on the left. Black face paint compared to Brown face paint application.

Notable differences between the leg markings.
Gap between L and F on 'LFL ' markings, not on previous figure..Scarred out COO is a lot more prominent on latest figure
