It's as rare as hens teeth mate, not seen one before, was gutted I missed it but I had to save funds for another purchase - wish I'd got this now.

Very very nice R5s. What's the deal with these proof cards? Is it simply that they are cards that never had a figure on? Just stock collected when factories stopped making figures?

No they were templates created in the factory to make sure everything was perfect before going into full production runs.

Yep, they're way too expensive now. I bought all of mine around 5 years ago and they were all for about 40 pounds a pop. So now they're an investment. I guess there's an explanation for you.[/quote]

I have the store display for this lot will dig it out and bang a photo up!
the teapot always seems to make good money as well but on the whole
you can pick bits up cheap!
