I wonder what I will find at the local car boot sale this year?

That's a mighty weekend you've just had with some amazing finds. Love the Rebel Technician signed moc and my young lad was impressed with the amount of dinosaur action you found today.

Just goes to show that it's still worth getting out of bed early on a weekend at times :D

Ian

Cheers Ian. Tina was lovely even got her email address to keep in touch.

Thanks I found a few clones don't normally get modern but he only wanted 50p each so thought that was a bargain. The weapons where in a bag for a pound. I'm not sure what the shield black pikes and bow and arrow are from. Possibly a cheap China toy.

I've not picked much up or even seen any vintage at the carboot recently, I'm just not getting there earlier enough I think, my own fault.

I did pick up this collection of British museum dinosaur toys from the 80s, I've already put them in the loft but to give you an idea I've added a pic. Got almost all of them except a couple of whale type ones, the lot for £10

Today was fairly big considering how cold it was this morning. Not much in terms of Vintage Star Wars but had some luck near the end.

For most of the day only found the Boot leg boba fett and the vintage sticker album. Near the end of the car boot decided to have another look around found a load of playmobil purchased that and sold to my mate who has a stall. Had another look on the stall opposite saw a small bag with toy soldiers in with a tank but inside was the A-Wing pilot quirky snapped that up was only £2 give the other bits to my mate for his grandkids. As approached one of the market stalls near the exit had just got a small box out had some junk cheap figures in it having a raking through found the Luke Hoth.

Also Ellie and I were helping out at Brid Comic Con yesterday. Got to meet Paul Chuckle again. Was working/assisting Simon Fisher-Becker again such a nice guy we decided to keep in touch we exchanged numbers and emails. In terms of buying not many stalls had vintage one had a lot nice but a bit expensive. Picked up some figures for my army some modern.
